Dataset of Chefaoui et al 2023
Description
This dataset was used to analyze the effects of marine heatwaves events and time series of seawater temperature on macroalgae local extinctions in the Northern Spanish coast. Files: Sp_response: latitude and longitude coordinates of persistence (1) and extirpated (0) macroalgae populations. var_ : variables used to analyze the change between periods of SST for each species.
