Dataser for article "Nanoscaled LiMn2O4 for Extended Cycling Stability in the 3 V Plateau" in ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 2022. The data includes: -XRD and Raman patters of the films (Fig. 1) -Positron Annhiliation Lifetime Spectroscopy data - average positron lifetime and its deconvolution in four components (Fig. 2) -Cyclic voltammograms transitioning from the 4 V plateau to the 3 V plateau at the beginning and at the end of the experiments (Fig. 3) -Charge-discharge profiles in the normal and extended range, capacity vs- C-rate and long-term normalized capacity (Fig. 4) - Operando Spectroscopic Ellipsometry - Including operando cyclic voltammetry and the corresponding ellipsometry data and charge-discharge profile with its corresponding ellipsometric data
