Gene/Protein BridgeDb ID Mapping Database (Ensembl Fungi 52)

Description

Mapping databases derived from Ensembl Fungi 52. These files can be used with BridgeDb. This version doesn't have the issue of not could be searched using gene names (e.g. in PathVisio). The scripts which were used to create these databases based on Ensembl BioMart can be found at https://github.com/bridgedb/create-bridgedb-genedb.
