Photodynamic sanitisation of fruits/vegetables by using Blue Light

Description

Photodynamic inactivation of cherry tomatoes, spinach and lettuce leaf using BL (405 – 475 nm) was carried out in a light sanitization chamber designed and built at IRIS.
