Photodynamic sanitisation of fruits/vegetables by using High Intensity Pulsed Light

Description

IRIS designed a sanitization chamber where fruits and vegetables (cherry tomato, spinach, lettuce) can be irradiated with high intensity pulsed light from the UVC to the NIR.
