A copro-antigen ELISA for the detection of ascarid infections in chickens
Description
Dataset for the infection experiments to evaluate the performance of copro-antigen ELISA to assess nematode infections. Chickens were divided into three groups. One group was kept as uninfected control, and the birds of the other two groups were either experimentally infected with 100 or 1,000 embryonated/infective eggs of either Ascaridia galli or Heterakis gallinarum
