Assembled mRNAs from potato genotypes contrasted for their hexanal isomerase activity

From PacBio and Illumina mRNA-seq coming from leaf total RNA isolated from three Solanum tuberosum genotypes (Desiree, Phureja153 and S869), mRNA isoforms were assembled.
