DATASET #1 – PRE-WEBINAR SURVEY OF PARTICIPANTS TRAINEE'S PREFERENCES – The participant is given 3 statements s/he can agree with or not, to different degrees, with the possibility to add related explanations: "I think having sessions hand in hand with practitioners (active and senior professionals in the target topic) will be very valuable for the efficiency of my training" "Just listening to the practitioner talking about the topic will be enough to get value out of his/her 'visit'" "I really wish these interactions with practitioners were done in my classes" – Could you please tell us what knowledge / experience do you have in relation with the topic of the training? TRAINEE'S WISHES – You are given a wish in relation to how to run this interaction with practitioners during the training. What would you wish? –You are now given a wish in relation to how NOT to run this interaction with practitioners during the training. What would you wish? DATASET #2 – POST-WEBINAR SURVEY OF PARTICIPANTS TRAINEE'S PREFERENCES – The participant is given 3 statements s/he can agree with or not, to different degrees, with the possibility to add related explanations. "I wish more sessions with practitioners were embedded into my training" "Working with practitioners enriches training very importantly" "Using gamification or other active / participatory training practice helps a lot to make the most out of training sessions" "Enriched session with practitioners (i.e., via gaming) allows training to go beyond average limits / to go further in training. TRAINEE'S ADVICE – What did you like the most out of this session – What do you think was most valuable? – What would you do differently? – What did you learn that you think was really new for you?
