Motor performance in violin bowing: Effects of attentional focus on acoustical, physiological and physical parameters of a sound-producing action
Description
This dataset contains the cleaned, processed variables used for the analyses reported in the paper. See paper for further details of data processing ( https://doi.org/10.1080/09298215.2021.1978506 ). There is a separate excel file for each of the following data type: EMG (electromyography of right arm muscles), MIR (music information retrieval of violin sound), mocap (motion capture during violin playing), and reported thoughts (qualitative answers to the question "what were you thinking about?", during the violin playing task). Key of explanations for variable names are included in the excel files.
