Minimal dataset to test multiplexed DNA imaging (Hi-M) software pipelines

Description

This is a dataset of nuclei (DAPI), and 3 multiplexed DNA imaging cycles to test and validate processing software packages, such as pyHiM (https://github.com/marcnol/pyHiM). This dataset was acquired in a nc14 Drosophila embryo.
