This folder contains all relevant data and results of studying the impact of a bacteriophage-based plant protection product on natural bacterial communities as they occur on plants and root material from the EU Viroplant project at a field site in Belgium in 2018. The file contains 16S rRNA sequences and scripts for their analyses, identity tables of sequence variants, qPCR data, data on physicochemical soil characteristics and other information
