Land use percentages have been previously gathered by Donnelly et al., 2016 for E-HYPE model setting (http://hypeweb.smhi.se/) using the following databases: CORINE; GLC2000 (Bartholomé et al., 2005) (for areas not covered by CORINE); GGLWD (lake area, distribution, Lehner and Döll, 2004); EIM (EU scale irrigation, Wriedt et al. 2009); GMIA (global scale irrigation, Siebert et al. 2005)
