Description
Data sets are plain text readable files containing time traces of bias voltage and tunnel current sampled at 51200 samples per second. Each file begins with a header in standard xml format detailing all parameters of the measurement. The data begins after the keyword [DATA] and is formatted in comma separated columns of measured voltage and current.
