NGS Sequencing data from samples derived from the Thessaloniki municipality sewage, across three different time periods

Description

The data were produced by targeted sequencing, based on the ARTIC v3 protocol developed by Wellcome Sanger Institute. The samples are paired‐end (Illumina MiSeq platform) with a read length of 2 × 300 bp.
