Data for the Article: Cross-validation of a semantic segmentation network for natural history collection specimens

The two archive files (.zip) file contain the data sets used for herbarium sheets and microscopy slides segmentation experiments. Each dataset consists of a set of images (JPG). Each image is accompanied by ground truth labels (a png image) and ground truth instances (a png image). The two rich text format files (rtf ) describe the structure of each archive file.
