This dataset contains oxygen stable isotope data on surface water samples collected on the Kafué River (Zambia) between February 2012 and November 2013These data were collected within the framework of ERC-StG AFRIVAL: African river basins: catchment-scale carbon fluxes and transformations (2009-2014) Ancillary data and site information can be found in : Teodoru CR, Nyoni FC, Borges AV, Darchambeau F, Nyambe I, & Bouillon S (2015) Dynamics of greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4, N2O) along the Zambezi River and major tributaries, and their importance in the riverine carbon budget.
