Air-sea CO2 fluxes for surface pCO2 data products using standardised approach
Description
Fluxes calculated using standardised approach. \(F\text{CO}_2=K_0 \cdot K_w \cdot (p\text{CO}_2^\text{sea} - p\text{CO}_2^\text{atm})\ \cdot (1 - [ice])\) Where \(K_0\), \(p\text{CO}_2^\text{atm}\) and \(1 - [ice]\) are standardised and the same for each product. \(k_w\) is calculated for CCMPv2, JRA55 and ERA5 winds with each being scaled independently to 14-C bomb flux estimate of 16 cm/hr \(p\text{CO}_2^\text{sea}\) is filled using a temporally scaled version of the Landschützer et al. (2020) climatology. Flux units are in PgC / m2 / yr
