Description
Dataset for deliverable D2.2. "STM/SGM measurements on engineered" for the H2020 project HiTIMe. The set includes all figures from the deliverable report as well as the associated raw data (in bcr format) All files have an associated XML file with relevant metadata in accordance with the HiTIMe DMP.
