A gff file containing Petunia axillaris gene annotations v4.1 described in the paper "Identification of transcription factors controlling floral morphology in wild Petunia species with contrasting pollination syndromes" submitted to Plant Journal. The annotations for MADS-box, bHLH, MYB, aquaporin, color pathway and ubiquitin coding genes have been updated since v4.
