Protocol: RCT Protocol Ammendment 2.pdf is the final version of the RCT protocol.  R scripts used: Power RCT_bootstrap_paper.R was the code used for the power analysis.  server.R and ui.R were part of the Shiny application used for the randomisation process. Primary Outcome analysis.R was the code used for the primary outcome analysis.  These files can be found below.
