Description

Labeling Flavivirus and its dynamics during infection by fluorescence microscopy The major goal of this project was to understand the delivery of the flavivirus genome to its translation site at the cytoplasmic side of the ER membrane; the cellular components, the pH and machineries that intervene during this process. This dataset includes microscopy acquisitions from Yellow fever virus. Titration of virus stocks. And flow cytometry files of yellow fever infected cells. Control MOCK samples are also included in the dataset.
