Solubility screening of a 50 compound library by UPLC‑UV, nephelometry, and FASS.
Description
This dataset comprises aqueous solubility determination of a set of FDA-approved drugs to benchmark the FASS technology against UPLC-UV and nephelometry. Compound solubility was assessed in PBS (Merck, D8537) at 2h and 24h, room temperature. Raw and processed data of all three techniques are provided here. Please note that FASS is a novel technique, and its analysis algorithms are still under development.
