SoliDAIR_latent_classification_dataset
Description
The dataset contains data from an End-of-Line tester and can be used to evaluate ML algorithms used for multi-class classification. It is based on a latent representation of original data. The dataset contains four classes with class 0 being the OK and the other three NOK instances. The data arrays are stored in the *.npz format.
