Microplastic and plastic additive contamination in European agricultural soils
Description
Data sets (with metadata, including variable labels, code labels and definitions of missing values) reporting concentrations of microplastics and plastic additives in European soils. The datasets include information on the morphological and chemical composition of the particles, the additives analysed, soil parameters, risk quotients, description of the sampling areas, the sample processing scheme, a comparison of microplastics in adjacent fields, and images of the particles.
