CO2SMOS’ task 3.1.1 aims at optimizing syngas fermentation process parameters for 2,3-BDO production using improved Clostridium spp. This dataset compiles the fermentation conditions and growth and 2,3-BDO production parameters as well as the chromatograms used to quantify that production
