Applications for identity documents

The source of applications for identity documents is the database of identity documents. Pursuant to subsection 2 (1) of the Identity Documents Act, an identity document is a document issued by a state agency in which the name and date of birth or personal identification code of the user and a photo or facial image and signature or signature image are entered, unless otherwise provided by law or legislation established on the basis thereof.
