The activity licence of a packaging recovery organisation
Description
The function of a recovery organisation is to organise the nationwide collection and recovery of packaging and packaging waste of packaging undertakings and to further develop the recovery system. A recovery organisation shall hold an activity licence issued by the Ministry of the Environment in the register of economic activities.
