Description

The voice of the people of Vox populi consists of two components: a caller for texts (a page here) and a pronunciation dictionary with programlets that realize language rules. In cooperation with the two and involving the speech synthesis of the Estonian Language Institute, the text file you send will ultimately become an audio file with a synthetic voice.
