Description
The Tallinn Land Operations Information System MaTIS is for the conduct of land consolidation works, land reform, land ownership, tax, concession proceedings, as well as for the analysis of the data necessary for them, the visualisation of the data on the map, and the preparation of relevant documents. MaTIS takes place in the administrative territory of the City of Tallinn and registration, administration and archiving of land operations carried out.
