Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 testing

Description

Data on coronavirus PCR tests based on data from the Health Information System database. Data shall be issued for the day of statistics at 7:00 in the morning with the results of the tests received during the previous 24 hours. The processing of data must take into account that after the daily extract made at 07:00 the data will be received both in the previous days, i.e. throughout the history, until 7 in the morning of this day. This means that the data for the current day are still incomplete and include tests with results from midnight to morning. The next day, the information of the previous day has also been updated. The rate of receipt of tests from health care providers (incl. laboratories) to the database of the health information system is different and therefore the open data also indicate the date, time and time of receipt of the test. Technically, it is also possible to change earlier data later - this can happen if the health care provider makes improvements in data quality, therefore a unique ID hash has also been published so that lines can be linked in case of repeated data uploads. The datasets are available in machine-readable JSON format and in CSV format. The metadata shall be published in the JSON Schema format. The datasets are updated 1 time a week, on Tuesdays from 12:00-12:30.
