Data set for problem products
Description
The purpose of maintaining a problem product register is to compile data on manufacturers of problem products for the purposes of accounting for the recovery and disposal of problem products placed on the market in Estonia and for the recovery and disposal of waste generated therefrom (hereinafter waste) and for the recovery and disposal of waste discharged from Estonia. Keeping records of the filling of the recovery targets provided for in Estonian legislation and providing waste information to the European Commission on the basis of the data entered in the register.
