Decisions of courts of first instance and courts of second instance in the period 2000-2006

The dataset contains data from the Register of Judgments (KOLA) concerning court decisions made in the years 2000-2006 in the first and second instance in both civil, criminal, misdemeanour and administrative cases and the dataset can be downloaded in the XLS format (Excel).
The database of court decisions contains information concerning the number of the case, the judge who prepared the decision, the type of matter and the date of the decision.
