Description
An occupational accident is an employee's health injury or death that occurred during the performance of an employer's assignment or other work carried out with his or her permission, a break that is included in the working time or another period of activity in the employer's interest. A work accident is not considered a health injury or death that occurred in the listed cases but is not causative to the worker's work or work environment.
