Collective Agreements in Estonia

Description

The data set includes all collective agreements concluded in Estonia since 1997, which have been entered into the database of collective agreements managed by the Ministry of Social Affairs. Although the Collective Agreements Act stipulates that concluded collective agreements must be registered in a database maintained by the Ministry of Social Affairs, not all collective agreements concluded in Estonia may be registered in the database. Therefore, the statistics of the collective agreement database do not provide an exhaustive overview of the prevalence of collective agreements or coverage by collective agreements in Estonia, but provide information on which working conditions are traditionally regulated by collective agreements and between whom agreements are concluded.
