Decisions entered into force by the Labour Dispute Commission
Description
Data on effective labour dispute decisions. The decision of the Labour Litigation Commission shall enter into force after the expiry of the 30-day period after receipt of the decision if neither party has taken the court to challenge the decision. The course of the term shall be read from the day following receipt. For example, if the party received the decision on 01.04.2022, then the 30-day deadline must start counting from 02.04.2022. If, within 30 days of receiving the decision, the party takes the same employment dispute to court for review, the decision of the labour dispute committee shall not take effect. If a decision of the labour dispute committee has been challenged in court in part, the decision of the labour dispute committee shall enter into force in the uncontested part.
