Web13 corpus (etTenTen), unannotated

etTenTen Corpus (or Web Corpus13) is a housing of Estonian-language websites downloaded from the Internet.
The corps contains 270 million words from 686,000 websites.

Original material

The casing text was collected from the Internet and converted the utf-8 encoded text to Vit Suchomel.
1 173,702 websites were downloaded by the webbot, whereas copies of the already existing pages were discarded; the pages represented in the Estonian Literary Corps were also excluded. (http://www.cl.ut.ee/korpused/segakorpus/). The programs jusText and onion (code.google.com/p/justext, code.google.com/p/onion) created during Jan Pomikalek's thesis were used.
