Applications for residence rights
Description
The source of applications for residence rights is the residence and work permit register. A citizen of the European Union, a member state of the European Union Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation (hereinafter EU citizen) has the right to stay in Estonia on the basis of a valid travel document or identity card for up to 3 months without registering the right of residence. A family member of an EU citizen has the right to stay in Estonia for up to 3 months with an EU citizen and the family member must have a valid travel document and visa.
