Number type Named Authority List

The Number type authority table is a controlled vocabulary that lists concepts for grammatical distinction between cardinal and ordinal numbers. The cardinal numbers represent quantity, while ordinal numbers represent position in a sequential order. Both values are used for encoding the authority code of numbers in the Number authority table. The Number type authority table is updated based on the stakeholders' needs.Contributions to it are accepted following a review made by EU Vocabularies team of the Publications Office of the EU.The Number type authority table is maintained by the Publications Office of the European Union on the EU Vocabularies website.
