ICD-6 (1949-1957) -- 400-443
ICD-7 (1958-1967) -- 400-443
ICD-8 (1968-1978) -- 390-398, 402, 404, 410-429
ICD-9 (1979-1998) -- 390-398, 402, 404-429
ICD-10 (1999-present) -- I00-I09, I11, I13, I20-I51.
