Unclassified roads - records on municipal infrastructure
Description
The unclassified road in the area of the Municipality of Ljubešćica is a public good in general use owned by the Municipality, and it becomes a public good in general use pursuant to a final act allowing the use of the building in accordance with a special regulation and is entered with the same legal status in the land register as the inalienable property of the Municipality.
The unclassified road cannot be alienated from the ownership of the local self-government unit, nor can real rights be acquired on it, except the right of easement and the right to build buildings in accordance with the decision of the municipal executive body, provided that they do not interfere with traffic and maintenance of the unclassified road. A part of the unclassified road intended for pedestrians (a footpath and the like) may be leased in accordance with special regulations, provided that this does not interfere with the operation of traffic, the safety of pedestrians' movement and the maintenance of the unclassified road.
