Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Activity by Tract

Description

This datset denotes Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) activity by 2010 U.S. Census Tracts. Congress established the NSP to allow for the purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed and neglected residential properties in an effort to stabilize communities suffering from foreclosures and abandonment. The data offered in this service is derived from an extract of HUD’s Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) Disaster Recovery Grants Reporting (DRGR) System.
