Description
Dataset with the nutritional value of foods and dishes in the Netherlands, food table. The dataset can be viewed online and can also be downloaded. The most up-to-date version is online. The set mainly contains generic foods (no brand-specific) and the nutritional values are detailed (macronutrients, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals) per 100 grams of edible product. Nutritional values were obtained through analysis, producer data, assessment based on the ingredients of products/dishes and takeovers from foreign food tables.
