Description
The data were first published in 2023 in the National Audit of Dementia Care in General Hospitals 2022-2023 Round 5 Audit Report. This is available at www.nationalauditofdementia.org.uk. Data are provided at a hospital level and relate to patients with a dementia diagnosis or concerns about cognition, admitted to hospital for 24 hours or longer, between 19/09/2022 and 14/10/2022 (with some extensions to 03/01/2023).
