Description
Spatial planning acts determine the use of land and buildings, which, taking into account the predominance and intertwining of permissible activities, determines the purpose for which they may be used.
Data on dedicated use of space are managed according to the type of municipal spatial act in separate data layers:
— a layer of detailed use relating to existing municipal spatial plans,
— a layer of detailed use relating to the applicable spatial planning of municipalities; and
— a layer of detailed use, which refers to all applicable municipal spatial acts in the territory of the country (so-called generalised end-use).
The dedicated use of space is managed in the framework of a set of spatial documents.
