Reference values for nutrient
Description
Based on a scientific report by the "Haute école de santé de Genève" and the opinion of the Federal Food Commission, the FOPH now publishes the Swiss reference values for nutrient intake in the form of a uniform, dynamic table. This makes it possible to look for the amount of nutrients needed for different age groups or stages of life.
