MTA Annualized Employee Availability: Beginning 2013
Description
This dataset provides a year‑over‑year view of annualized employee availability by department and job group description. Annualized availability is calculated as the ratio of productive time—available hours plus scheduled overtime hours—to total time, which includes available hours, scheduled overtime hours, and paid and unpaid unavailable hours. The result is scaled to a 260.89-day work year and excludes unscheduled overtime.
