Midterm Performance Evaluation of the Leadership Opportunity Transforming University Student Scholarship Program (LOTUS) in Egypt

Description

This is a midterm performance evaluation of the Leadership Opportunity Transforming University Students (LOTUS) intended to provide USAID/Egypt with information to help improve the performance of LOTUS and its contribution to USAID/Egypt’s development objectives (i.e., Workforce response to labor market demands improved, which falls under Intermediate Result (IR) 3.1: Access to Quality Tertiary Education Increased). The results will provide information critical to understanding the program’s efficacy and relative importance to the higher education portfolio, as well as making programmatic decisions over the remaining implementation period.
