Register of Services and Bodies of the Greek Administration
Description
The purpose of drawing up and publishing the ‘Register’ is to provide a reliable inventory of the public services and bodies of the Greek public administration which constitute the concept of the public sector, as defined in the provisions of Law 1892/1990 (Article 51(1) – Government Gazette, Series I, No 101) and Law 1943/1991 (Article 4(6) – Government Gazette, Series I, No 50), as replaced by Article 18(9) of Law 2198/1994 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 43) and Article 3(6) of Law 3229/2004 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 38). The ‘Register’ shall include, in particular, by specifying their legal form and by supervising ministry, all bodies distinguished, inter alia, from those subject to and not subject to the public sector referred to in Article 51 of Law 1892/1990, which implies a different relationship of dependence on the State each time.
