Quantity analysis of butterflies in the Gesäuse National Park (Lepidoptera)
Description
As of 2011, there are 10,000 found data from 54,500 specific butterflies for the Gesäuse National Park. Compared to other areas in Styria, it appears that the large number of found butterflies is divided into more species in the Gesäuse. In many areas, most butterfly individuals belong to only a few species, while most species are represented by very few individuals. In some areas, for example, just over 3 % of the dominant species already account for half of the recorded individuals. In the hymn, 6.8 % of the most common species make up half of the recorded amount of butterflies.
