Cartographic or Probable Hydraulic Public Domain in ARPSIs
Description
It is the estimated Public Hydraulic Domain for the ARPSIs (Areas of Significant Potential Risk of Flood) taking into account the criteria established in article 4 of the RDPH. This delimitation has been obtained from the geomorphological, ecological characteristics of the channels and taking into account the hydrological, hydraulic, photographic and cartographic information that exists, as well as the available historical references.
The line that delimits this Probable Hydraulic Public Domain has not been subject to administrative processing and, therefore, is an estimate of what could be a definitive demarcation line.
